The "Flip Flop Shop" is a 90 minute clinic designed to teach or improve the Back Handspring.

The Back Handspring is one of the most desired skills for gymnasts (as well as cheerleaders, dancers, martial artists, etc...) and is also one of the toughest to achieve.

The "Flip Flop Shop" is designed to accelerate the learning process of this skill by focusing 1.5 hours totally to the drills, flexibility, strength, understanding and repetition necessary to fast-track the learning of this skill.
