Reflex hosted a workout for the athletes planning to attend the USTA National championships or AAU Jr. Olympics this year.
Thanks to Tina Fusser for giving the very informative lecture on nutrition and supplements.
Thanks to Patti Lingenfelter for giving the athletes invaluable advise to assist with maximizing their scores for Nationals.
At the end of the workout, we had a pizza party and then went outside to have fun on the 50' slip and slide.
