1:00-2:00 pm Open Training; ALL Level 8, 9, 10, JE and SE Athletes ONLY

2:15 pm Coaches Meeting for Session ONE

2:30 pm March In-Session ONE, All Level 8, 9, 10, JE and SE Athletes ONLY

2:45-5:30 pm Competition (5 flights. Athletes grouped by level and age - not divided by teams)

5:30 pm Awards for Session ONE

6:15 pm March In-Session TWO, All ages 13-14, 15 & up level 1-7 athletes

6:30-7:45 pm Competition; All athletes grouped by team. There will be three large rotations.

8:00 pm Awards for Session TWO

11:30 am Stretch/ Coaches Meeting for Session FOUR

11:45 am March In-Session FOUR, All level 1-7’s ages 11-12 years old

12:00-1:30 pm Competition; Athletes grouped by team. There will be three rotations

1:45 pm Awards for Session FOUR

Awards should be over by 2:30 pm, have a safe drive home

There will be no open training for athletes that are level 7 and below.
