2010 Regional information for Florida Clubs

ALL Level 7 qualifiers

ENTER THE REGIONAL COMPETITION BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STATE MEET. If you did not bring the entry form with you we have some at the score table. You must fill in the form completely with full information on any athletes that will attend if they qualify and leave it at the score table before you leave the meet site. You may not mail in your own entry! If we do not have your form, your athletes will NOT be entered in the regional championships.

Level 7 athletes must bring check to the competition and be prepared to pay the entry fee – checks should be payable to Florida USAG – Florida will then mail in one check for all entries. Entry fee is $90 per athlete for level 7 & PO ($100 for level 8,9,10 FYI) Entry form is available at www.Region8gymnastics.org

LEVEL 7 & 8 REGIONAL ATHLETES: If you will not be able to stay until the final session when the athletes that qualified will be announced, you may fill in your entry form with athletes that will attend if they qualify. We will enter your athletes that qualify and cross off any that do not make it. You will be able to see a list of qualified athletes on line by Sunday or Monday morning – if we do not have your form or you do not list one of your athletes on your form, we will assume that your athletes are NOT attending and they will be replaced by athletes that are next in line. Level 7 teams will need to attach a signed blank check to their entry made out to Florida USAG – I will make out your check for the amount that is due based on athletes that have qualified. Or you will need to stay until the end of the level 7 competition and give me a check and entry form after the qualifiers are announced.

Level 7 – 50 athletes ranked by AA score regardless of age group (top 8 on TEAM)

TEAM COMPETITION FOR LEVEL 7 & 8 ATHLETES & PO OPEN Athletes

The top 8 athletes plus one alternate for both level 7 & 8 will receive apparel for the Team competition. Coaches that are attending will also receive a shirt for the competition. I will need all qualified athletes to fill in apparel form with GK/Elite Sportswear sizes and give it to me at the State meet or if you are not at the meet when the team is announced you must email me Monday morning with sizes so that I can place the order - AmTwist@aol.com You will receive the apparel at the Regional meet.

Level 7 – the top 9 athletes will receive a long sleeve leotard & warm up jacket (leotards will be black with pink) Please bring black warm up pants to go with the jackets

PLEASE REMEMER TO DOWNLOAD THE REGIONAL ENTRY FORM AND FILL IT IN BEFORE YOU COME TO THE STATE MEET – THIS WILL MAKE IT EASIER FOR EVERYONE!
